Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. An upgrade raises your monthly call allowance right away.

What counts as a call?

Each MCP tool call or REST request made with an API or OAuth token counts once. An agent that reads the rationale, rebalance, and market insights, then commits and attaches a reason, makes 5 calls. Run it once a day and it uses about 150 calls a month.

What counts as an alert rule?

An alert rule is one condition MyHold evaluates for you or your agent. 'Flag BTC when it is 5% over its target weight' counts as one rule, however often it fires.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Free has no time limit and includes full read and write access, so it works as an open-ended trial. Connect your agent, let it make a staged commit, and upgrade when it needs more calls, portfolios, or alert rules.

Can I connect my own AI agent?

Yes, on every plan. Generate an API token in your settings and connect Claude, Cursor, or any custom agent through our MCP server or REST API. Your agent gets structured tools for portfolio state, market context, rebalancing, alerts, staged commits, and rationales.

Does MyHold charge for agent usage?

Your agent uses your own model provider and subscription. MyHold counts the calls it makes to the MCP server and REST API: every plan includes a monthly allowance (Free 1,000, Pro 20,000, Premium 200,000), and the agent can read and write on all of them.

What happens when my agent reaches the monthly call limit?

The API answers with HTTP 429 until the first day of the next month (UTC), and your agent sees the limit in the tool response. Upgrading raises the limit right away. Usage made from the MyHold web app is free and never counts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account settings. Plans are monthly, with no contract or cancellation fee.
